American Club of Antwerp Annual Thanksgiving Potluck Dinner.

To the Members of AWC Antwerp - an invitation from the American Club of Antwerp to join their annual Thanksgiving Potluck Dinner. Please see the details below. We are only a month away from our annual Thanksgiving potluck dinner!

The venue we have is the same location as last year (Wilrijk, Antwerp area).  We have secured the downstairs again which we saw last year was convenient and family friendly.  We are hopeful that you plan to come and we encourage you to extend the invitation to others who might have interest in experiencing an American Thanksgiving.

We will hold our dinner on Saturday, 22 November starting at 6:00 p.m.  If this is a little too early please still join us as there will be enough food and we expect to be enjoying the evening until around 10.

The dinner is potluck, and to avoid everyone bringing variations of the same dish, I will be coordinating the menu.  To ensure you can make a dish you want to show off please take contact with me as soon as possible either by e-mail craig_a_bailey@hotmail.com or by phone +32 485 50 44 96.

If you are available earlier in the day you are very welcome to help us set up and decorate.  We would really appreciate anyone who wants to lend a creative hand and we already have a fair number of decorations.

The cover charge this year is 23 € with a reduced rate of 18 € for dues-paying members of either the American Club of Antwerp or the American Women’s Club of Antwerp (and their families).  Children ages 12-17 are 13 € and under 12 kids are free.  The cover is intended to pay for the hall, turkeys and decorations.  The event is BYOB (Bring your own Beverage). 

As we need to work on the menu at the earliest possibility please confirm as soon as you can, but the latest should be by Sunday, November 16 so we know how many Turkeys we need!
