Join Us for a Weekend of Friends, Activities, and Fun at the FAWCO Region 4 Meeting!

Theme: Nurture Yourself, Nurture the Earth: The First Steps to Global Change

It promises to be a great weekend focusing on how we must nurture ourselves first to be effective in changing the environment.

Mix & Mingle with members from our sister clubs too - AWC Amsterdam, AWC The Hague and AWC Brussels.

Deadline for early bird sign up (fully refundable) is September 26th, and final registration date is October 21. 


Radisson Blu Astrid Hotel

All rates include breakfast but not VAT/CITY TAX.

      • Single occupancy Standard Room Rate 140 euro
      • Double occupancy Standard Room 160 (80 per person)
      • Upgrade to Superior Room 20 euro per person
      • Upgrade to a larger Premium room 40 euro per person.

To book your hotel reservation, you may do so via the following options:

Individual room reservations can be cancelled until 7 days before the date of arrival. In case of a later cancellation, no show or in case of early departure, the entire stay will be charged.
  • Supplement double room
  • 20 EUR per rooms
  • Upgrade to Premium rooms

If you’re looking for some additional space, upgrade to a Premium room is available upon request and for a supplement of €40,00 per night. Enjoy generous space (approx. 32sqm) and additional amenities such as Espresso coffee machine, bathrobe and slippers.
